Australia has the second highest numbers of Great White sharks in the world, with South Africa being the only country to exceed their numbers. If you are considering a holiday in Australia to dive with shark you should make your way to the Southern coast, as Great Whites prefer the colder waters.
It might surprise you, but you can also go shark diving in the UK, although the sharks will be captive rather than in their natural environment. The Blue Planet Aquarium in Cheshire, UK, has captive Sand Tiger sharks which you’re able to dive with.
